So.. everything is in motion and we are super excited and nervous. We have started our countdown and are down to 136 days until we move (if Justin's terminal leave is approved and he gets permissive TDY). Here's hoping!! I've started slowly cleaning and organizing. We will hold our first garage sale next month to start purging the things we no longer need. I'm so excited to get rid of stuff and start the next chapter!
Justin and I have both applied for schools and gotten accepted! The next step is to enroll in classes and move! We've picked an apartment we like and are starting to figure out dates and whatnot to get there... Although, who knows, maybe we will get lucky and we'll find a house instead!
I've also sent in my application for my nursing license here in CA, but apparently I skipped a section so it got returned. Grrrr! Oh well, it will be here before we move! And I'm working on getting ahead on my CE and certifications. Everything is going well! Fingers crossed it will stay that way...
I've been trying a whole bunch of new recipes and they are turning out fantastic! I made my first corned beef brisket and cabbage, brown sugar meatloaf, mexican stuffed peppers, and lots of sweets! I'll be making super sweet easter treats this weekend, so I'll take some pictures of those.
I haven't been working on any projects, since we'll be moving in just 4 short months. Hopefully I'll be finishing a couple small projects in the next couple weeks and I'll take some pictures of those as well.
