Finding a groove

I'm sitting here on this beautiful Monday afternoon, still working on my first cup of coffee. It is Monday, therefore I'm finding motivation difficult today. I miss being in school and having a summer vacation. It would almost be that time, if I still were in school. I think I need to go back. I miss it. Now I just need to figure out what I want to go back to school for...

Now that the house is finally unpacked and almost uncluttered, I'm working on finding my groove. I'm down almost 6 lbs and excited to finally see results. I'm working out at home mostly and just really focused on my eating. I have so much more to lose, but it makes it so much easier once you start seeing the lbs come off.

My PCOS is under control and so far, no lesions or cysts. My treatment plan is still kind of vague since I haven't seen a specialist here yet. I want to try and go a more holistic route for until I can get in there. With that said, I've started acupuncture! I LOVE IT! It was very odd when I first started, but I'm so glad I did. It's given me new perspective and helped me understand what is going on with my body from a different view. I feel better, happier, calmer. It's great.

I'm still selling Younique makeup and skin care, and I love the new stuff they've released! My skin is healthier and more radiant! I'm still making signs and selling on Etsy (although my shop is on vacation...)

I want to try and put up a new blog every week, so I think Mondays will be my post day. I'll recap the week and maybe talk about what's coming up.

This past week was great! Mom's birthday was Saturday, so we celebrated with mani/pedis in the morning, and lunch with the family at the club. It was perfect! I even had a mimosa!! We also got the hub's a CA driver's license!! He's officially a CA resident! It's all so real now... Friday I had acupuncture and smoothies with my awesome friend/boss then just worked around the house. Little O and I have been going on lots of adventures around town, we may even start heading to the beach soon with this gorgeous weather!

This week will hopefully be just as wonderful. I've mailed out a special little care package to a very strong, sweet little lady in NC and will be sending another out this week. O and I will hopefully head to Disneyland tomorrow or Wednesday, and Friday will be about getting tires for the focus, and taking things to storage. I'm also hoping J won't be working this weekend, so that we can take my parents on a tour of his office. I can't wait! It's so awesome!!

I should eat some of the lunch my mom brought me before it gets cold.. (I'm so thankful that she lives close and can bring me food!)
